Heli-skiing Livigno

Situated at around 1,800 m above sea level, the Italian ski resort Livigno is nestled in the picturesque mountains of western Lombardy near the Swiss border. Practically cut off for the winter months until the 1960s, today the high valley is accessible via a tunnel from Switzerland and a connecting road via the Foscagno pass from neighboring Bormio, which is passable all year round. Separated by the Ortler massif and the mighty peaks of the Bernina range rising up to 4,000 m, the Livigno Alps provide an unparalleled backdrop for heli-skiing, ski touring and freeriding adventures.

Thanks to the resort’s altitude, snow coverage is practically guaranteed throughout the season, allowing for excellent skiing conditions from mid-December until late April.

Mountain peaks rising up to around 3,000 meters offer endless heli-skiing options with descends on vast snowfields in terrific terrain. Fantastic ski days await you, with a wide variety of slopes differing in exposure and steepness, offering a range of choices based on the particular conditions.

The helicopter propels us quickly to the different valleys and heights to pursue ultimate skiing adventures in whatever snow condition!
